With a combined 3 and a half decades of servicing Luxury Residential Custom Home Builders and Clients, Including 10 Years of combined site management experience, Dave and Adam have the skills and expertise to bring your project to life.

Dave and Adam's journey began in early 2012 when Adam started as an apprentice under Dave at Homestead Home Builders. Dave had been with the company since 2002, completing his Carpentry and Joinery apprenticeship in 2006. By 2015, after 13 years of honing his craft, Dave transitioned to a Site Management role with a large volume home builder to broaden his industry expertise and management skills.

Throughout the years, Dave and Adam maintained their professional connection, often collaborating on projects. In 2021, Adam followed in Dave's footsteps to gain more insight into site management. After a year of working together again, they decided to launch their own venture in 2022—DNA Building Group. Specialising in luxury custom home construction, DNA Building Group services Luxury Custom Home Builders Across the Upper North Shore and Hills District of Sydney, working on residential projects ranging from $1 million to $5 million.

Driven by a shared passion for mentoring the next generation of carpenters and builders, Dave and Adam are dedicated to excellence in every project, and creating a new standard of craftsmanship, just as they were trained at Homestead Home Builders.
